In Piles, a stones throw from Oliva we have 2 separate apartments with communal areas, which can be rented either together or separately. These are winter rentals and they run from November through to March for monthly or longer periods.
The bigger apartment is on the frontline of Piles beach with a great patio. There are 2 double bedrooms and one triple room which has bunk beds and a single bed. The lounge is large and has direct access to the patio right on the beach front. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen and dining area are separate. This apartment has a garage.
The smaller apartment faces the street and there are steps up to it. It has one double bedroom and a triple room with a bunk bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen is separate. The lounge is spacious with a dining table. This apartment has a mid terrace area and a garage.
Both apartments share a utility area and a ground floor communal outside area. There is WIFI coverage for both apartments and smart TV’s if you have a netflix account.
Pets are allowed.
No smoking in either apartment.
Prices are dependent on which apartment you choose, the duration of your stay and the amount of guests.
