After viewing several properties in Oliva, I happened upon Oliva Casas by chance and to me it was the highlight of 2016. They really listened to my requirements and showed properties accordingly. Once I found the house I liked, Jane made me visit it twice before even letting me put an offer in. Negotiations were fairly and swiftly dealt with, and their help and advice with all the subsequent legal matters is second to none. They put me in touch with an efficient English-speaking lawyer, and went out of their way to arrange all sorts of practical matters like internet-connection. Their service and professionalism goes above and beyond what you’d expect from an property agent, so I do recommend them unreservedly!
We recently relocated from the US to Oliva, Spain and purchased a home using the services of Oliva Casas. We could not have asked for a better experience. Not only did Jane take care of every detail of the purchase process, she was able to refer us to an amazing attorney who handled all of the legalities (including our TIE paperwork and setting up bank accounts). Our transition here could have been very difficult, but it truly has been smooth and we are so relieved that we are able to relax and enjoy our lovely place in the sun. Oliva Casas rental management services have proved to be very professional and accommodating. Contracts have been properly explained and documentation provided in English where appropriate. Where additional /repair services were required, tradesmen were promptly on the scene to rectify problems.
